Joanna – Office Manager
Working along side Dr. Holtgreieve for 17 years, Joanna serves on staff as the Office Manager. Using her years of experience and skill, she efficiently keeps the office running smoothly by managing the administrative portion of the office, including compiling monthly reports, monitoring the budget, paying bills, dealing with insurance companies, answering patient's questions and concerns and helping out wherever needed. She and her husband have two children, Sarah, age ten and Colin, age five. When she is not tending to the needs of her children, she enjoys many outdoor activities, traveling and photography.
Kathy – Receptionist
Upon entering our office, you will be greeted by Kathy. She is responsible for welcoming our patients and assisting them by answering phone calls, making appointments, processing insurance, settling accounts and answering any other questions a patient may have. She also assists with the sterilization procedures and sometimes helps with computer charting at the chair. Kathy has two children and six grandchildren. In the past, she worked with abused children. Her hobbies include sewing, needlework, quilting, camping and reading.
Will
Will grew up on the sunny shores of Lake Michigan. Three years ago Will moved to Kalamazoo to further his education on becoming a Registered Dental Assistant. Now as well as working full time with Dr. Holtgreive, he is currently enrolled at WMU for Biomedical Sciences. In his free time he enjoys dancing, traveling and spending time with his friends and family. Will's quick smile and gentle nature will be sure to put you at ease while here in our office.
Lynn
Lynn was born in St. Joseph, Michigan and moved to Kalamazoo in 1992. She currently resides in Kalamazoo, near Plainwell, with her husband and two wonderful daughters. One daughter is 10 years old and the other is 4 years old. After an enjoyable career in dental assisting for 7 years, she decided to go back to school for Dental Hygiene. Lynn received her associates degree of applied science in dental hygiene at KVCC and graduated in 1999. While working as a dental hygienist for the past 9 years, she has discovered the most enjoyable part of her job is the personal contact and interaction with the patients. Currently, Lynn enjoys cooking, reading, traveling and trying to keep up with her children.
