Office Policies

We are open to serve you, answer questions or schedule an appointment during the following hours:

Monday:9 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Tuesday:9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Wednesday:9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Thursday:7 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Appointments

Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request 24-hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment. After missing your second appointment without notifying us 24 hours in advance, you are subject to being charged an additional fee.

Financial

Our goal is to provide the finest and most comprehensive dental care available today. To assist you with your healthcare investment, we provide the following payment options:

  • Cash – This includes money orders and personal checks.
  • Credit Cards – We accept all major credit cards.
  • CareCredit – This offers a separate line of credit to cover your entire family’s healthcare needs. No down payment is needed and it allows the freedom of smaller monthly payments.

Initial Payment

For some procedures, our office requires a deposit of one half at the start of treatment and payment in full once treatment is completed. A down payment is not required with the CareCredit monthly payment plan.

We would be more than happy to work with you to plan the most appropriate arrangements for your budget.

Insurance

We are preferred providers for Blue Cross Blue Shield and Delta Dental. We will gladly process your insurance claim and estimate your deductible and the portion not covered by your insurance. We ask that the estimated portion not covered by your insurance be paid at the time of treatment. Our estimates are subject to final approval by your insurance company; therefore, the amount due our office is subject to change.
